I’m having one of those days...I'm stressed out, cranky, fighting a headache and a cold. And to top it all off, I dropped an entire bowl full of vegetable soup all over the floor (and onto my blouse) in the kitchen at work today. Like I said, it’s one of those days...So until I get home and can curl up with a glass of wine in front of the TV, I need a diet soda to help cool off. Unfortunately, I don't want just any soda. To complement my sour attitude and tart tongue today, I’m seriously craving a Diet Sunkist Lemonade. So WHY oh WHY are they so hard to find? It’s one of my favorite carbonated beverages and yet the distribution of the product seems ridiculously limited. Only a few retail outlets around here carry it and even then, it's only in a small quantity. That means every time I see it, I have to buy a case or two at a time. Needless to say, I might be driving around in search of some Diet Sunkist Lemonade after leaving the office this evening.
Oh and P.S. Mix it with vodka and you have a wonderful warm-weather cocktail!
