I was quizzing a group of friends earlier about their favorite soda commercials. They're an opinionated bunch (go figure!) so there were many different choices. However, I thought it was hilarious that several gal pals fondly remembered the old Diet Coke commercials featuring Lucky Vanous. For those that might have forgotten, Lucky was the hunky, abs-tacular man that took his shirt off and sent an office full of women into a swoon in a Diet Coke ad from the mid-1990s. Along with becoming one of People Magazine's 50 Most Beautiful in 1994, Vanous also graced the cover of Psychology Today for an article titled "The Beefcaking of America." Yeah, that's right, fellas. Women like to ogle on occasion too! Anyway, it's been ages since I've seen that commercial, so I figured I would remind you all of the man meat on display there. I know, you can thank me later. Enjoy!
